Czech-Style Pils

Using a triple-decoction mash and 100 percent Czech Saaz hops, this beer was created to emulate the original Pilsner as it was brewed in Bohemia. Compared to the German style, it has a deeper malt character and softer bitterness, with delicate herbal and grassy hop aromas.
