The pilsner was born in Bohemia in 1842, and almost every light lager you’ve ever had traces back to it. This is our version of the original, brewed with 100% Saaz hops and an intensive decoction mash. Rich malt up front, soft and rounded bitterness, with herbal and grassy hop aromas that linger without overstaying their welcome. 5.2%, available seasonally.
