Hefeweizen

Not a lager, but still in the style of a German classic, Eckhart’s Hefeweizen is brewed with European wheat and our house Pils malts, put through a decoction mash. Fermentation with a characterful ale yeast produces aromas of banana and spice, over a rounded malt body and clean bitterness.
