German-Style Pils

A Pils in the Northern-German style, brewed with German ingredients. With drinkability in mind, we have built this beer on a foundation of pale Pilsner malt, with judicious use of hops to provide focused bitterness and restrained aroma. A long, cold maturation brings clarity and cohesion.
