Grapefruit Radler

Eckhart’s take on the traditional German lager/lemonade hybrid, this beer starts with a base of continental heirloom malt and German hops, with pure grapefruit juice concentrate added toward the end of fermentation. With no added sugar, the finished product balances soft malt and fruit aroma with a dry, refreshing tartness and low alcohol.
