Kölsch

Emulating the iconic ales of the Cologne region, we brew this beer with Continental Heirloom Pilsner and Vienna malts and a late addition of Aslatian Aramis Hops. It undergoes a slow, cold fermentation and is filtered for brilliant clarity. The result is a beer with rich, clean malt flavor and balanced bitterness, with subtle notes of citrus and stone fruit.
