In Cologne, Kölsch is served in a specific glass, in a specific way, by a server who keeps replacing it until you say stop. The Eckhart offers the same experience the second Saturday of every month, as a proper Kölsch Service. The beer earns it: brewed with heirloom Pilsner and Vienna malts, Alsatian Aramis hops, slow cold fermentation, filtered to a brilliant clarity. Lemon zest, wildflower, cracker malt, clean finish.
