Light in color and low in ABV, this beer is built on our continental heirloom malt put through an intensive double decoction mash that creates flavors of sweet hay and earthy grain. Whole-leaf Czech Saaz and multiple additions of Czech Agnus hops bring grassy, spicy, and citrus notes with a cleansing bitterness.
